1. Introduction

Glow Smile ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal teeth-whitening habit tracker. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data Glow Smile collects, how it is used, and what rights you have.

By using Glow Smile, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Data we collect — and where it stays

Glow Smile is designed to keep your data on your device. We do not run a backend server, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our systems.

The following data is created and stored locally on your iPhone:

• Your name (if you choose to enter it during onboarding)
• Your quiz answers (whitening goal, stain sources, brushing habit)
• Photos of your smile that you take inside the app for progress tracking
• Shade analysis results computed locally from those photos
• Routine completions, streaks, and progress entries
• Your language preference

This data is stored using Apple's standard local storage and the app's sandboxed documents directory. It is included in your iCloud Device Backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled (managed by Apple, not by us).

3. Camera and Photo Library access

Glow Smile requests access to:

• Camera — to let you photograph your smile for shade analysis and progress tracking.
• Photo Library — to let you pick an existing photo of your smile instead of taking a new one.

These photos are analyzed entirely on your device and stored only on your device. We never upload your photos.
